Excavator brushing slope technique

Excavator brushing slope technique

Brushing the slope: It is to level the inclined surface of the slope such as roads and large foundation pits.Simply put, it is to level or level the slope. It is a technical activity in the operation of excavators. Don't underestimate the lightness of this one, the technical content inside is not low.

1. The brush slope method

There are two methods for the specific operation of the brush slope, parallel brush slope and facing the brush slope.

Parallel brush slope

Parallel brush slope is the parallel advance and retreat of the excavator and the slope body. It is mainly completed by the side teeth and the side cutters combined with the rotary motion. It is necessary to pay attention to the control of the line shape and the slope.

Linear: The place where there is no payout is mainly controlled according to the judgment of the line of sight.When the excavation is performed, the entry and exit alternation method is used to control the straight line generation;

Slope control: There is no slope excavation for the mid-slope line. The arc-shaped method and the oblique line method are mainly used to control the slope generation, and the road construction is used more.

Right on the slope

The brush slope means that the upper body of the excavator is at 90 degrees to the slope surface, and the entire bucket is excavated. When the front side is dug, the excavator is moved to repeat the same action. This method is mainly used for forming the slope surface. Trimming, slope can be used this way.

Operation control skill: The side brush slope mainly uses the operation of the lower arm pressing and the small arm sticking rotation, and the bucket is only used for local smoothing of the slope. Positive brush, mainly using the action of pressing the big arm with the receiving arm to complete the bucket is only adjusted according to the slope.

2. The brush slope skills

Situation one

This kind of soil is generally loosely filled. When the excavator trims the slope of the fill, it must first flatten the uneven slope. The technical difficulty lies in the fact that the slope of a bucket is flat. Not enough, the entire slope is needed, that is, the whole is on a plane. There are two techniques for trimming this slope:

Tip 1

At this point we can use some auxiliary methods, such as putting lime lines or pressing a straight line with a track. Trimming by line will reduce many visual errors.

Tip 2

Takea shot with the back of the bucket, scrape it off, leaving some smooth marks onit.

Situation two

This kind of slope is usually excavated by earthwork or stonework. It is more difficult to trim such a slope than the previous one. This kind of slope is generally harder in soil, and the most difficult thing is that the final effect of the slope is that it must be a flat surface. When the slope is repaired, the driver is facing the slope, so it is unlikely to look directly at a glance. Is this slope on a flat surface, so there are some tips to use here:

Tip 1

First make a flat table. If the excavator does not stop leveling, the repaired slope must be a flat surface.

Tip 2

If as hovel can be formed best, if a shovel can't be done, then trimmed, there is a trick here, you can put one or two teeth on the edge of the bucket against the already repaired slope, so that every Consistent at once.

Tip 3

Another problem that needs to be solved is that the trimmed slope is formed into a plane as a whole. When trimming the first type of earthwork back filled slope mentioned above, we can assist by releasing the lime line, but it does not work here. Because the excavator is below, the driver can't see the line above. But we can use this method: the bottom edge of the marked slope is parallel to the two red lines of the excavator track, and then the boom and the crawler are 90 degrees when the slope is maintained, so that it is not wrong.

If the new operators in the industry want to grow fast, they must practice hard. Eye sight is good, you can only repair it, straight, and flat. If you don't see it on the plane, you can see it on the ground. If you don't repair the slope, you can fix it slowly. If you do it several times, you will have experience.
