This building has a height of 1,588 feet. It is a 108-sotrey building and is located in West Kowloon, Hong Kong. This center has amenities including The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong hotel, and the Sky100 observatory. It was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties.

This building was completed in 2016 and serves various purposes. These include as a conference center, hotel, observatory, mall, and office building. There are 112 floors, the last of which is an observation deck.
