Technical Specification
RP453L paver is ahydraulic-driven small wheeled paver with <5m paving width. It’s especiallysuitable for the constructions with specific construction quality requirements,including small roads, urban road construction, and classified highwaymaintenance, and can meet the constructions under narrow working conditions,including sidewalks, auxiliary lanes, non-motorized vehicle lanes, and ditches.
MainCharacteristics
(1)Theminiaturized machine with 1.8m subminiature overall width meets the constructionneeds of downtown communities and lanes.
(2) The hydraulic drive and the continuously variablespeed regulation feature high automation level, high mobility, and simple andeasy operations.
(3) The installed Shangchai water-cooled andturbocharged diesel engine (73.5kW/2000rpm) features abundant power reserve,good diesel atomization, good economy, low noise, long life, and extensiveapplication scope.
(4) The load-sensing control technology is applied for the hydraulic system toachieve high efficiency and energy-saving of power output. The drive unitsadopt originally imported German Rexroth products to guarantee systemreliability.
(5) The spacious design of 12t hopper canalways store sufficient material. The feeding interface can adapt to thematerial lorries of diversified tonnages.
(6) The hoppers on two sides can be foldedindependently and the swing type follow-up pusher can guarantee the stabledischarge during asymmetric paving and the normal paving for obstacles such aswall-side.
(7) The traveling system adopts hydraulic axle-drivendrive and the continuously variable speed regulation to realize high automationlevel, high mobility, and simple and easy operations. The drive axle adoptsXCMG’s proprietary technology and automatic differential.
(8) The open-loop hydraulic system drive composed of theload-sensing pump, load-sensing multi-way valve, and cycloidal motor is appliedfor the conveyance/distribution system. The conveyance and distribution systemsshare one plunger pump. The left and right independent motors are directlydriven. The chain drives are applied between motors and actuators. Theconveyance scrapers adopt the double-chain structure and the left and rightscrapers are independently driven and are capable of both forward and reverserotations. The miniaturized design of distribution system, the all-new compactleft and right independent drive distribution boxes, and the unique"Integral” vane shaft remarkably improve the operation convenience of thesmall paver.
(9) The electronic control system isdesigned on the basis of CAN bus technology to develop the network control system of multi-CPU control technology andexcellent human-machine interfaces.
(10) The automatic leveling device is applied toaccurately control the paving thickness and gradient and meet the specificationrequirements of high-grade highways, with the longitudinal evenness controlledat 3mm/3m and the lateral gradient controlled within 0.02%.
(11) The innovatively designed E340T smallhydraulic-telescoping screed adopts the three-point suspension structure andthe single-tamper compacting device improves the construction stability androad forming quality.
(12) Themachine boasts the advantages of high automation level, simple and easyoperations, good construction quality, and high working efficiency.
